Our approach is shaped by over two decades of working with students, educators, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies in Asia Pacific and beyond, solving critical challenges and bringing about real change.

Transition to university
Our program prepares students to shift from a high school environment to a more autonomous university setting - on and off campus.
Participants learn essential life skills, cross-cultural knowledge, communication, networking, as well as self-awareness and resilience that helps to successfully transition into a new culture and excel in an unfamiliar environment. The program is offered individually and in groups.

Guided by an ICF-accredited executive and leadership coach, we offer tailored individual and team coaching for professionals seeking to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Our coaching approach empowers emerging and established leaders to think strategically, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful impact within their organisations.
Through one-on-one and group sessions, participants explore their leadership style, navigate complex challenges, and develop the skills to cultivate high-performing, future-ready teams capable of thriving in an ever-evolving environment.

Our program uses experiential, hands-on methods that equip participants with self-knowledge and awareness as a foundation for future success.
Participants learn tangible skills to tackle real-world problems, work in teams on selected challenges to apply newly acquired skills, and receive ongoing coaching and support.
Our secret is learning by doing while having fun - this program is engaging and fast-paced, mimicking real-world environment where skills like problem solving, critical thinking, team work, and collaboration are needed and valued.

Our Mission
We spent over two decades working across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Vietnam with a mission to support and empower youth from around the world. This first hand experience has enables us to develop engaging, hands-on approach that encourages young people to actively apply their newly learnt skills.
Our programs simulate a real world environment, where participants are encouraged to understand their values, tasks, and motivation; tackle existing challenges; and make a real impact.


We combine face-to-face workshops with online coaching and make learning fun by utilising gamification, AI, and role playing techniques to name a few.

Isabel Christen
Isabel blends sharp business acumen with proven organisational leadership and coaching know-how. She specialises in career coaching and development, leveraging her business expertise to guide students and young professionals toward their first job or internship. Her passion is to equip emerging talent with practical skills and confidence needed to excel in competitive markets.
Jamila Ahmed
Jamila brings over 20 years of experience in education, training, and professional development. She possesses a blend of skills including learning design, focusing on learner engagement, leadership development, and emotional intelligence, as well as empathy. She has worked for organisations across the globe including Asia, Europe, North America and New Zealand.
Dr. Kate Lazarenko
Educator, mentor, and facilitator with a PhD in human-centred design, Kate spent over two decades working in education, healthcare, and government catalysing change. She worked with the Ministries of Education in Australia and Singapore, DesignSG Council, Junior Achievements Singapore and Thailand, taught at leading universities, and mentored students and young career professionals.
